We Dreamt it.
Our dream was to retire in Costa Rica and embrace the Pura Vida life style. Our dream came true early, when we had the opportunity to buy a property in Playa Guiones Nosara and turn it into a bed and breakfast.
Now, we want to share the success, and help you accomplish your dreams.
In early January 2020, Ryan and Yannick made their first investment purchase in Nosara, where upon acquisition they immediately began their renovation and remodelling project. Later that year, Casa Vitality opened its doors and has since become the a 5 Star Bed and Breakfast in Playa Guiones.
Ryan fell in love with Costa Rica after travelling throughout Puntarenas in his early thirties. It was at that time that he began manifesting Costa Rica as his chosen location for his ex-pat retirement lifestyle. Yan realized that he wanted to retire in Costa Rica after a yoga and meditation retreat in Quepos.
When they first met, they each wanted to Costa Rica and quickly realized that it was meant to be. Ryan and Yannick enjoy travelling the country extensively, from north to south, and from coast to coast. They are also private investors who make sure they have all the information they need to make well educated decisions on their investments, using their sound knowledge of both the national and global markets.
