In September of 2022, friends of ours approached us with an exciting proposition to manage their property. This presented a unique opportunity for us to grow our business in a different direction from our Bed and Breakfast model. Yan's cautious nature and Ryan's adventurous spirit led us to accept the challenge with the agreement of no further ventures beyond this one. That did not last long…
Managing Four Winds Serenity and Celestial marked the beginning of our property management journey, graciously offered by our friends. The success we achieved with Four Winds ignited our passion for the concierge industry, giving us the confidence to consider expanding in Guiones. With the addition of Casa Ananda to our portfolio, a property cherished by its owners, our team began to expand.
Since then, we have welcomed three more properties under our care: two charming villas in Pelada, a Casita near Casa Vitality, and a luxurious ocean-view home in the heart of K section. In September of 2023, we proudly launched BPII Properties, a division of Brindando Posibilidades Infinitas, complementing our existing real estate and long-term rental services in Costa Rica.
