The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect getaway for family vacations or gatherings with friends. The home features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each with a king bed; 2 also include twin bunk beds. Each bedroom also features its own en-suite bathroom, providing plenty of privacy.

Throughout the home, a mix of comfortable seating invites guests to unwind and share meaningful moments, while at its heart lies a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with modern appliances. Every detail was crafted with intention, from the lively indoor game room with ping-pong table, to dedicated surfboard storage ready for the next wave, to serene corners designed for yoga. Just off the main living area is a powder bathroom with convenient access to the outdoor pool and BBQ areas. Additionally, multiple outdoor showers provide easy access for rinsing off after a surf or a day in the sun.

The outdoor living area is a true oasis seamlessly blending comfort and nature. Overlooking lush tropical greenery, guests can take a refreshing dip in the private salt-water pool or warm up in the rejuvenating hot tub, while the surrounding covered patio with lounge area sets the scene for relaxed afternoons or evening gatherings.  The name NUNC comes from Latin, meaning now, while in Spanish, it has whispers of nunca meaning never. Together, these meanings shape a philosophy: now or never.

For the owners, time is the most valuable thing we have, and they believe that the right time to live fully and pursue your dreams is now. Time isn’t something we can bank or borrow. It’s fleeting, fluid, and irreplaceable. NUNC is a reminder that the right time to connect, to explore, to live — is now.

It’s this philosophy that inspired the owners’ own journey to Nosara – taking the leap to follow their hearts from the mountains of Colorado to the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Being from a small mountain town, they were drawn to Nosara’s rustic tranquility and its vibrant surf culture. Nosara, with its untouched landscapes and soulful simplicity, felt like a place where time slowed down, where the distractions of the world faded, and what remained was what truly mattered.
